"Rude shop assistant"

My mum went into the store to buy a few things and she also bought a halloween mask when she got to the till the male assistant said the mask looks like her which my mum replied you won't get many customers if you talk to them like that he didn't apologise just said he was being cheeky. Mum thought he had some learning difficulties because he was rather odd and totally unsuitable to be working in a shop. Poundland should think twice before employing mentally challenged smart asses in their store because we won't be going there again to be insulted..
