"Seriously Rude and let down last minute"

Hired a van to move house .staff were rude and told us they smelt a rat and didn't like the look of us and said they weren't prepared to hire a 30 k van out to us seriously letting us down on the day my brother in law was moving .we were in a dilemma but cheaper and better service was kindly received by Thrifty van hire thanks guys still bewildered with this so called company I had to warn others.
